Blake Lively admires 'fairy' Florence

Blake Lively says Florence Welch is a ''real life fairy''.

The 25-year-old actress - who is friends with the Florence + the Machine star - said the singer is a great source of inspiration to her and she admires her unique sense of style.

She told Britain's ELLE magazine: ''She's a real life fairy - elegant, timeless and her fashion choices are daring but never for shock value.

The 'Gossip Girl' star also reveals they love to dress up when 'Sweet Nothing' hitmaker Florence, 26, visits her and husband Ryan Reynolds' New York City apartment.

She added: ''When she comes over to my apartment, we dress up in my shoe closet. We wear every hat I own and stack them on top of one another.''

And Florence isn't the only pop star the blonde beauty adores, as she is also a big fan of the Spice Girls, who recently reunited for the London 2012 Olympics closing ceremony.

She said: ''I had the six-inch platforms that Baby Spice wore. I have arthritis in my middle finger where I fell down the stairs when I was nine and broke it because I was wearing those.''
