Billy Ray Cyrus Holds Bad Haircuts Contest
The singer, father of teen star Miley Cyrus, shot to fame in 1992 with his hit single Achy Breaky Heart but later became more known for his hairstyle.
He told fans on Twitter.com on Wednesday (22Aug12) that he's celebrating the 20th anniversary of his career this week, prompting several followers to reference his famous mullet - and Cyrus decided to launch a hunt for the most embarrassing haircuts.
He's urging his fans on the microblogging website to send photos of their past fashion follies, and is offering tickets to the Chicago musical to the "winner".
Cyrus writes, "Tomorrow is a special day in the 20 year anniversary of Achy Breaky Heart... Does anyone else have any good mullet pictures you'd like to share with the world? Please... submit now. Winner gets 4 tickets to Chicago."
