Bill Cosby - Bill Cosby Writes To Ailing Etta James

Funnyman Bill Cosby has reached out to Etta James, urging the ailing singer to "get well" as she battles leukaemia.
The R&B legend was hospitalised in Riverside, California earlier this month (Dec11) after suffering breathing problems and she spent her Christmas holiday under doctors' care.
Now Cosby has written a touching open letter praising James' talent and sending his blessings to the 73 year old as she fights to get better.
In a post on his official website, he writes, "Dear Etta James, I saw you emotionally move every human being while you performed at the Playboy Jazz Festival at the Hollywood Bowl to a setting sun. You gave us your recordings and your interpretations as well for the thousands, millions, even billions who did not get to see you perform in person.
"Get well. I hope to speak with you again as we both smile. God bless you. Bill Cosby."
