Beyonce Is Excited About Mother's Day

Tina Knowles is excited about Beyonce's first Mother's Day.

Speaking about the holiday which falls on Sunday (13.05.12) in the United States, the singer's mother revealed that she will be present on the special day.

She told Us Weekly: ''[We're] all going to be together. We're excited because it's Beyonce's first Mother's Day.''

Tina - who collaborates with Beyonce on her House of Dereon clothing line - confessed that she wants to contribute to this weekend's celebrations.

At a charity event in New York she said: ''I'm hoping to cook! I want to cook. My traditional soul food and maybe gumbo. That's my favourite Dish!''

Beyonce gave birth to her daughter with Jay-Z Blue Ivy in January.

Tina spoke about her daughter's Met Ball 2012 appearance in a Givenchy Haute Couture gown on Monday night (07.05.12).

She admitted: ''She looked amazing. I think she looked absolutely amazing.''

During her quick walk on the red carpet the 30-year-old, revealed her plans to give Blue siblings.

She revealed: ''I definitely want to have more [kids]. I don't know how many. God knows. I don't know yet.''
