The Bellamy Brothers are fuming after a thief broke into a production truck on the set of their new music video and ran off with thousands of dollars worth of equipment.
The country group was shooting in the Florida Everglades with Austrian pop artist DJ Otzi when an assailant broke into a production area and took gear from a vehicle.
The perpetrator made off with the duo's personal iPad, a digital camera and other expensive articles before unsuccessfully trying to unload the stolen items at a nearby pawn shop.
Releasing a statement about the incident, Let Your Love Flow hitmaker David Bellamy says, "The police told us that most of the electronics were offered to a local pawn shop right after the theft, but the owner turned the equipment down after suspecting it had been stolen. Fortunately, the video cameras and guitars were not taken, probably due to their size."
