Beckhams Fly Back To Los Angeles
LATEST: David Beckham has returned to Los Angeles less than a week after his father TED suffered a near-fatal heart attack.
The 59-year-old gas fitter was said to be in a stable condition the London Chest Hospital in Bethnal Green on Saturday (29Sep07).
The LA Galaxy player, 32, has been by his dad's bedside since Wednesday and was joined by his pop star wife Victoria on Friday afternoon (28Sep07).
But the couple flew out of London on Sunday (30Sep07), after Ted told them to return to the U.S. to take care of their three sons.
A hospital source says, "Ted has made a dramatic improvement. David wanted to stay but Ted assured him he would be okay."
