Beckham Ends Gillette Contract
Soccer star DAVID BECKHAM has ended a lucrative $6 million (GBP3 million) deal with razor manufacturer Gillette.
The England captain is believed to have turned down an extension on his contract to concentrate on his move to Los Angeles Galaxy this month (Jul07).
Gillette has already signed up Thierry Henry, Roger Federer and Tiger Woods for a global Champions campaign.
Beckham already has a deal with sportswear giant Adidias, collecting royalties from sales, but has been told to concentrate on his soccer career.
