Beach Break Live - Beach Break Live Announce Huge Initial Line-up

Beach Break Live have announced their biggest ever line up of acts for 2012. Chase and Status, Dizzee Rascal and Friendly Fires will be playing the Dell Main Stage, as will Nero, LABRINTH, Wretch 32 and Maverick Sabre. More acts are set to be announced in April 2012. The festival will be held from the 14-18th June 2012.

Beach Break Live is well known for being a student festival. Every year since 2007, it has been held at the start of summer, when university students would have finished their exams and the semester. In the past, acts such as The Wombats, The Zutons, Vampire Weekend and Tinie Tempah have performed in front of hundreds of revellers.

Also included in this year's line-up is the return of Scroobius Pip, who is somewhat of a regular at Beach Break Live. High Contrast also makes a return, as does Sheffield rapper Toddla T. In addition to the high octane dance and hip-hop acts, there will also be some mellow artists in attendance, such as Ben Howard; Delilah; Brother and Bones and Charlotte O'Connor.

This year, Beach Break Live will be set in the idyllic Pembrey Country Park, on the coast of South Wales. In addition to the music, there will also be a variety of sports and entertainment, including a roller disco; a funfair; parkour; kite surfing; assault courses and much more.
