Bbc Introducing Stage Line-up Announced

Festival Republic have confirmed their line-up for the Bbc Introducing Stage at the Leeds & Reading Festival this August.

It's an army of diverse upcoming talent from acts such as heavy rockers Hawk Eyes, LA alternative outfit Family of the Year, contemporary folk singer Rachel Sermanni, hip hop artist Mikill Pane, self-confessed 'blues-punk red necks' Wet Nuns and Leeds based rock 5-piece Black Moth. They will join the fantastic Festival line-up that includes Foo Fighters, The Cure, Kasabian, Paramore, Florence and the Machine, Kaiser Chiefs and The Maccabees to name but a small handful of this year's talent.

The BBC Introducing Stage have been responsible for debuting performances from some of the generation's most talented acts such as Leeds rock band Pulled Apart By Horses who will make another appearance this year up on the Main Stage, as well as Two Door Cinema Club who are one of the bands headlining the NME/Radio 1 Stage. Don Broco will also make a return, this time on the Festival Republic Stage after being named last year as one of the Festival highlights.

The festival is a three day event held from the 24th to 26th August 2012 at Reading's Little John's Farm and Leeds' Bramham Park.
