Barr's Ex-husband Demands Legal Fees And Cash
The former husband of comedienne and reality TV star Roseanne Barr is going after his ex's thousands, insisting she should pay for his legal fees following a lengthy child custody battle.
Ben Thomas is demanding $75,000 (£46,900) to pay off his attorneys and a further $100,000 (£62,500) for the inconvenience of the trial.
The former husband and wife reached a settlement over their teenage son Buck in August (11), but now Thomas claims Roseanne's efforts to strip him of custody were only motivated by revenge.
In his legal documents, obtained by Tmz.com, Thomas claims his ex's net worth is a whopping $42 million (£26.3 million), and his new cash demands are less than one per cent of her fortune.
