Bar Refaeli is ''addicted'' to working out.

The Israeli model exercises at least five times a week as she feels so much better about herself as well as allowing her to get away from the stresses in life.

She said: ''I'm addicted to working out. It's my escape and makes me healthier, happier and stronger. When I'm home I'll maybe exercise five times a week. I love to surf or, if I'm going to the gym, TRX is ideal for toning my body. If I don't have much time, it's all about butt exercises - 10-minute squats are the best.''

Bar also says she enjoys her food and is proud of being regarded as a curvy model.

She told Marie Claire magazine: ''I don't feel particularly sexy. But it feels great that people are recognising a fuller, curver body as sexy, as it means that I can carry on being who I am. I'm a healthy girl but I love my food!''
