The R&B star performed a full striptease in front of stunned strangers as she walked along Dealey Plaza, a tourist hotspot in Dallas, Texas where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. The footage appears in her new Window Seat promo.
One woman who watched Badu bare all complained to cops, and Dallas police officials charged the star with disorderly conduct.
But Badu is adamant she didn't do anything wrong and entered a plea of not guilty in court on Wednesday (28Apr10), according to the Dallas Morning News.
If convicted, Badu faces a fine of up to $500 (£335).
