Bachelor Pad Recap: Two's Company As Twins Are Booted Off

You really can't get away from the Summer Olympics can you? The latest episode of Bachelor Pad tried to prove this even more with the competitors taking part in an Olympics-themed competition this week, which meant splitting the men and women into two groups and pitting them against each other.

The two sexes then donned their spandex leotards and recited their newly learnt rhythmic gymnastics routines, as they performed in front of a judges panel, with panellists including Bachelorette couple Ashley and J.P., and U.S. Olympic gymnast Tasha Schwikert.

Although the men where far superior, the winners could only be one male and one female, who would be voted for and given a rose for their success. Meanwhile, the two worst of each sex be penalised with automatic points against them to take to the next rose ceremony. Each winner also got to choose three people to go on a date with, effectively saving them from any immediate threat of elimination.

Michael and Blakeley were the ones walking away with the gold medal this time, whilst Ed and Erica Rose made the bottom of the pack - the second week in a row where Erica has lost a competition.

When it came down to the elimination round however, Erica was safe once more as the burden of elimination was this time bestowed on twins Brittany and Erica T, who decided to call it a day before elimination had begun - meaning that all of the girls were safe from being eliminated.

In the end, it was Ryan who faced the axe officially, being voted off by his own partner, Jamie.
