07 October 2012Actress Audra Mcdonald married Broadway star Will Swenson in a romantic ceremony on Saturday (06Oct12).
The couple exchanged vows in front of friends and family at their home in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, according to People.com.
The former Private Practice star is mother to a daughter from her first marriage, while Swenson has two sons with his previous wife - and the newlyweds insist they are looking forward to enjoying life with their "wee posse of three".
Swenson proposed to his partner while on vacation in Puerto Rico over the 2011 Christmas holidays.
