Audigier At The Centre Of Jackson Photo Controversy
Designer CHRISTIAN AUDIGIER is at the centre of a messy legal spat after allegedly ordering security guards to throw a photographer out of his birthday party in 2008 for taking bad snaps of the French stylist and guest of honour MICHAEL JACKSON.
Photographer Stephen Winick claims he was brutally attacked by Audigier's guards during the designer's 50th birthday party at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles in 2008.
Winick alleges he took a photo of Jackson as the King of Pop arrived at the party, but Audigier was upset and asked him to delete the shot.
The snapper refused and was left trying to defend himself from the guards.
According to TMZ.com, Winick is suing Audigier, the venue and the security firm.
