Ashton Kutcher is set to present at the Emmys.

The actor - who has replaced Charlie Sheen as the star of 'Two and a Half Men' - will give out an award along with Julianna Margulies, Will Arnett, Zooey Deschanel and Sofia Vergara at the ceremony, which will be hosted by 'Glee' star Jane Lynch, at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 18.

The following day will see the 33-year-old hunk - who is married to actress Demi Moore - make his debut in the sitcom.

He currently features on an advert for the show alongside his co-stars John Cryer and Angus T. Jones in which the trio appeared naked behind a Billboard they are holding which carries the tagline: "All will be revealed ... 09.19.11."

And Ashton recently bared all in a sketch on 'The Ellen Degeneres Show', and he admitted he wants to do "everything" without clothes on from now on following the success of the advert.

Talking about the billboard, he said: "It's getting a lot of attention, so I just figured I'm going to do everything nude from now on."
