Greene is reportedly dating the stage and screen actor Reeve Carney, though says she doesn't have a specific "type" of man, saying, "It's about chemistry and a connection.I've changed so much over the past 10 years. What I wanted when I was 16, I didn't want when I was 20, and that's changed to something else now that I'm 25.Having a type is not for me".

Greene recently completed work on the horror-thriller 'The Apparition', with Harry Potter actor Tom Felton. The movie follows a couple who are haunted by a supernatural presence that is unleashed during a college experiment.
