Liberty Ross wants to take Rupert Sanders back, despite him cheating on her.

The model-and-actress is said to be keen to try again with the 'Snow White and the Huntsman' director, despite being left devastated when he had an affair with Kristen Stewart, who played Liberty's onscreen daughter in the movie.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Liberty and Rupert have already seen a marriage and family therapist in an attempt to salvage their union although the brunette beauty is thought to have seen a lawyer.

But Liberty - who has two children, Sykla, seven, and Tennyson, five, with Rupert - is keen to find out why her husband cheated.

An insider said: ''Rupert is willing to do absolutely anything and everything he can to save his marriage, he realises this is the worst mistake of his life, and he cannot believe he was so stupid.

''The thought of losing his wife and children, who he loves more than anything in the world is killing him.''
