The 'Crying Lightning' hitmakers will compete for four trophies at this year's ceremony, including Best Track for 'Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair', Best Album for 'Suck It and See', Greatest Act in the World Today - which sees them up against Coldplay, Kasabian, U2, Muse and Arcade Fire - and Greatest Act of the Last 25 Years, a special prize created to mark the magazine's 25th anniversary.
