Arctic Monkeys Issue More Tickets

Fans who missed out on tickets for Arctic Monkeys's arena tour in November get extra chance as more tickets go on sale today.

Arctic Monkeys are releasing extra tickets for their UK and Ireland arena tour next month.

More tickets for the Sheffield four-piece's forthcoming shows go on sale today (October 23) at 9am.

The band start their tour at Liverpool's Echo Arena on November 13 and finish in Dublin at The O2 on November 26.

Production holds and side view tickets will be released for the shows which also take in Sheffield, Newcastle London, Birmingham, Manchester, Nottingham, Glasgow and Belfast.

The band, whose third album Humbug was released earlier this year, are to release their next single 'Cornerstone' during their tour on November 16.

And singer Alex Turner could face competition for girlfriend Alexa Chung. '300' actor Gerard Butler flirted outrageously with the MTV presenter on her show, complimenting her eyes, legs and joked about getting her pregnant.

When told about a Facebook group called 'Gerard Butler can impregnate through looks alone', Butler told Chung: "I'm knocking you up - I think I've just knocked you up, actually."
