Anthrax Drummer Charlie Benante And Wife Arrested
Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante and his wife Sandra were arrested on Friday (27Jul12) on suspicion of domestic battery in front of a child.
The couple was taken into custody in Elkhart, Indiana after allegedly arguing in front of their young daughter Mia at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel.
The pair was booked at the local county jail and released on Saturday (28Jul12), according to local news station Wsbt.com.
A court date has been set for 3 August (12).
