Adam Ant - Ant At War With Gallagher Over Album Track
Eighties pop star ADAM ANT is waging war on LIAM GALLAGHER - branding the former OASIS frontman "unacceptable" after a spat over a track on his new album.
The Prince Charming hitmaker is relaunching his music career with new record 'Adam Ant is the Blueblack Hussar in Marrying the Gunner's Daughter'.
He claims Gallagher tried to block the use of one track because it features Andy Bell, the drummer in his new band Beady Eye.
But Ant insisted on using the song regardless of Gallagher's threat of "trouble" if he included it on the album - and now he's blasted the Wonderwall singer over his notorious outbursts.
Ant tells British magazine The New Review, "I've never liked people like that, like (British artist) Damien Hirst - that's not art, it's commerce - and I've always hated stroppy behaviour, like that of the Gallaghers. Not the older one, Noel, he's OK, but Liam. His attitude, well, it's unacceptable...
"He told me there'd be trouble if I put the song on my record, but nobody tells me what to do, nobody. This is a personal thing between me and him, and we will deal with it man-to-man."
