Anna Paquin wore a 50 carat diamond necklace on her wedding day.

The TV beauty - who tied the knot with 'True Blood' co star Stephen Moyer in a sunset ceremony on Saturday (21.08.10) in Malibu, California - was also sparking in an elegant pair of diamond earring studs.

Celebrity jeweller Neil Lane, who provided the stunning necklace, told People magazine: "She wanted something with a vintage-inspired, romantic vibe."

On her big day, bride Anna wore a Marilyn Monroe-esque white halter neck gown along with the jewellery and kept her hair simple in a bun.

Anna's mother was also the recipient of some Neil Lane jewellery wearing a bracelet and earrings, which she wore during the day.

Newlywed Stephen celebrated his union to Anna by jumping into the Pacific Ocean with pals, but the actress wisely chose to cheer him on from the nearby beach house where the couple held their reception.

Speaking after the ceremony, a source said: "It was a beautiful evening to get married and the sunset was gorgeous. Anna and Stephen seemed very excited to celebrate their wedding day."
