Andy Dick - Andy Dick Sued Over Alleged Attack

Robert Tucker is suing the actor over claims DICk took out his genitals while performing at a comedy club in Dallas, Texas before "forcing" them against Tucker's face last December (10).

In his lawsuit Tucker states he was left "degraded and humiliated" in front of his work colleagues who were also at the club, according to Tmz.com. He is suing for unspecified damages.

It's not the first time DICk has hit the headlines for flashing in public - he was asked to leave a party last July (10) after exposing himself to guests and in the same month as the alleged comedy club incident, he was accused of flashing a group in a Los Angeles coffee shop.

DICk was also charged with felony first degree sexual assault for allegedly grabbing a security guard's crotch and kissing a male guest at a bar in Huntington, West Virginia last year (10).
