Andrew Garfield Designed Spider-man Skateboard
SPIDER-MAN star Andrew Garfield designed the space-age skateboard he rides in the new superhero movie.
The British actor gave the board a scientific makeover for The Amazing Spider-Man, and after filming wrapped he swung into action to make sure he could take it home with him.
He says, "I designed it. It was my idea that Peter skateboarded and luckily (director) Marc Webb put it in the movie. It's got all my (scientific) equations on it. I thought, He's a science wiz (expert), so why not have him do work on the board and then scratch it out and then paint it over and then scratch it again?"
