A Cw network spokesperson confirmed Talley will be replaced by 'The Hills' star Kelly Cutrone, who owns fashion PR company People's Revolution. Last year, she appeared in one season of her own reality show 'Kell on Earth', and later worked as a correspondent for the daytime talk show 'Dr Phil'. In a statement, Cutrone said, "I am a huge fan of America's Next Top Model and have watched the show for years. Having worked in various aspects of the fashion industry over the course of my career, I am excited for this new opportunity and hope to bring a different perspective to the show".
The judging changes will come into effect during season 18 of 'America's Next Top Model' - the show is currently airing its seventeenth season.
