Amy Winehouse - Amy Winehouse's Dad Denies Ex-husband Donation Reports27 February 2013
Amy Winehouse's father has denied reports the late star's ex-husband donated his fee from an upcoming tell-all Tv interview to the charitable foundation set up in her name.
Blake Fielder-Civil, who was married to the tragic Back To Black hitmaker from 2007 until 2009, sat down for a candid chat with U.K. talk show host Jeremy Kyle and detailed his time with the singer and their issues with drug addiction.
Fielder-Civil was said to have handed over his payment for the appearance to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which her parents set up in her memory following her death in 2011 to help other youngsters struggling with addictions.
However, the singer's father Mitch Winehouse has taken to Twitter.com to deny the rumour, writing, "Blake is not donating his fee from Jeremy Kyle show to Amy's charity or anyone else's charity."
Mitch also insisted he has no qualms about his former son-in-law doing the show, adding, "We are fine. Not upset by Blakes (sic) interview at all."
Last year (12), Kyle spoke to Fielder-Civil's mother Georgette Civil about her son and Winehouse's spiral into drug abuse.
Fielder-Civil's episode of The Jeremy Kyle Show is scheduled to air in the U.K. later this year (13).
