The Back to Black singer, who died in July 2011 had assets worth around 4.2 million pound when she died. However, after debts, taxes and unpaid bills were deducted from her assets, her family have been left with just under 3 million. Winehouse died at her flat in Camden, North London. Amy had released two hit albums in her lifetime and a third was released posthumously. Her father, Mitch Winehouse, is the executor of the estate. He is well known to fans of the singer, as he often acted as a spokesperson for the troubled star as she struggled with various substance abuse problems throughout her career. Amy's former husband, Blake Fielder Civil is not thought to have inherited any of the star's fortune.

Last night, Mitch Winehouse appeared on the Channel 4 show Four Rooms, with one of Amy's old stage outfits. Before she died, Amy signed the dress and donated it to charity. Mitch took the dress onto the show to raise some money for a good cause. The dress had been worn by his daughter on stage in Brazil.
