American Idol Runner-up In Talks For Glee Role
American Idol runner-up Jessica Sanchez is on the verge of winning a big TV gig - she's in talks to join the cast of Glee.
The singer lost out to Phillip Phillips on the TV talent show last month (May12), but her career is now set for take-off - thanks to Glee creator Ryan Murphy.
The 16 year old singer is in negotiations for appearances on the next season of the hit musical show, according to TVLine.com.
She'll become the second former Idol star to join the cast if she lands a role on the show - series regular Amber Riley auditioned for Idol during the talent show's second season.
