Americal Idol Contestant Charged With Battery
A former AMERICAN IDOL reject has been charged with misdemeanour battery after an alleged attack on a woman in a nightclub bathroom.
Asia'h Epperson, who was a contestant in the seventh season of the hit show, was arrested after the fight in Los Angeles' Colony nightclub on 12 August (1).
The wannabe singer claims her victim barged into her in a bathroom line and she was merely defending herself and her sister.
But she has been charged with battery and faces six months in jail if convicted, reports TMZ.com.
