Amber Riley Collapse: Where Are The Photographs?

Amber Riley fans will have already learned that the Glee actress collapsed on the red carpet during an event in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening (May 1, 2012), fainting while doing interviews with various media outlets.

Hundreds of photographers attended the event to shoot the likes of Riley, Lea Michele and Cory Monteith, so why haven't photographs of the incident found their way online? Well, Riley - who plays Mercedes on the show - later took to Twitter to explain, saying, "I got a little dizzy from all the photog flashes! You'd think I'd be used to it by now, still a red carpet amateur I guess. Gonna get checked out but I feel fine. Thank you for all the concern and well wishes". She later added, "I'd also like to thank the photographers for being so professional and not taking photos of me on the ground. I truly truly appreciate it. Could have been super embarrassing". The incident was a shame for the actress, given that she stole the show at the event with a witty speech in which she recalled her favorite moment with on-screen love interest Chord Overstreet, saying, "It's always interesting when we kiss because both of our lips are so big.We have to figure out whose lips are going to be on top!".

Though she was checked out by doctors, Riley still appears to be feeling the effects of the collapse, telling Twitter followers today, "I'm gonna sneak in a nap before this scene. My big noggin is still a little sore! Have a good day y'all!".
