Amanda Bynes "A Threat To The Public" Says Lapd

Amanda Bynes looks like she is on a downward spiral to self-destruction, and if she is to continue with her driving antics then she will be taking a few people with her. At least that's what Los Angeles Police are saying after photos have emerged of the former child star, who has been engaged in yet another driving incident, including snaps of her allegedly smoking from a marijuana pipe.

Bynes, who is on a suspended licenses and should not be driving anyway, has been seen driving around LA in a frightful manner and according to TMZ one officer has said, "She's on the same road as my wife and kids and I'm scared about getting a call in the middle of the night that my little one is dead."

Last night (Thursday September 13, 2012), TMZ posted photos of Bynes clipping the back of a car as she pulled out of a car park, when her black BMW 5-series tapped the bumper of a white car in front of her, leaving little or no damage. The incident took place on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30pm and it is unknown whether the driver in front of her has alerted authorities yet after neither driver got out of their cars to swap details and compare damage.

Earlier this week, TMZ published photos of Amanda smoking a marijuana pipe during a day of aimless driving around the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday. The DMV suspended her license on August 25 this year after a number of near-misses, some hits and alleged DUI offences. Bynes and her PR team have yet to comment on the latest incident.
