Allen Suffers Concussion After Fall
Lily Allen is suffering severe jetlag on her world tour - she ended up bedridden in Japan after collapsing with fatigue.
The exhausted star is currently on a round-the-world jaunt promoting her second album, It's Not Me It's You.
But she suffered a health scare in Tokyo on Saturday (08Jun09) when she took a tumble and hit her head.
Posting on her Twitter.com blog, the singer wrote: "Lying in bed trying desperately to get some sleep, jetlag is no longer a joke. Fell over and hit my head last night, have an awful headache... I think I may be concussed."
