Ali Lohan Applies For Work Permit

Lindsay Lohan's teenage sister Ali is requesting permission from a Los Angeles court to work in the city during the school term.

The aspiring singer/actress, 14, recently filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court for a work permit to allow her to record with Maloof Music producers, reports TMZ.com.

Under California state law, minors are only allowed to work a certain number of hours during the school term and must obtain a court's approval to do so.
