Alexandra Burke's Sadness Over Love Split
British singer Alexandra Burke has reportedly dumped her soccer star boyfriend over allegations he cheated on her.
The Bad Boys hitmaker is said to have split from England international Jermain Defoe last week (ends13May12) after newspaper reports he had a fling behind her back.
Burke is yet to comment on the speculation but took to her Twitter.com blog over the weekend (12-13May12) to thank fans for their support during "the hardest of times".
In a series of 'tweets', she wrote, "What don't kill you, only makes you stronger... Sometimes it don't feel real... Just want it to be a bad dream... Love my fans and my family so much. Thank you for always supporting me and making me smile in the hardest of times."
