Alec Baldwin has been caught on camera disregarding safety regulations by cycling around New York City chatting on his cell phone and without wearing a helmet.

The former 30 Rock star was pictured riding through Manhattan's West Village on Monday (01Apr13) without proper safety gear, and he was also shown with his phone clamped to his ear while cycling.

The actor took the risky bike ride after working out at a local gym.
