Al Pacino - Al Pacino sells guest house for 3.3m

Al Pacino has sold his guest house for $3.3 million.

The Hollywood legend apparently got so fed up of fans visiting his second New York City home in a bid to catch a glimpse of him, he has got rid of it.

According to website Inquisitr, the 4,340 square-foot property boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three acres of land surrounding it, which offer some of the ''best Hudson River views in New York''.

The traditional-style house was built in 1941 and has an enviable living space, which opens directly onto a spacious patio. The 73-year-old star's covetable abode also features a striking spiral staircase.

Songwriters and music producers Curt and Sabelle Frasca are thought to have snapped up the property. The music power couple can no doubt afford the steep price tag, having worked with such musical legends as Michael Jackson and the Spice Girls.

According to, Al originally put his house on the market in 2012, for $4.4 million, a considerable amount more.

The actor also owned another house in the Palisades area, which was more modest, with three bedrooms and one and a half bathroom, which he reportedly sold in 2010 for $580,000.

The actor also has a busy year ahead, with film projects in the pipeline including Dan Fogelman's 'Imagine' and David Gordon Green's 'Manglehorn'.
