Aerosmith Set For Peace Gig?

Aerosmith will play their first show without frontman Steven Tyler at the Show of Peace concert in Beijing, China in April (10), according to local reports.

The Straits Times reports that the rockers have been added to the bill, alongside acts like the Black Eyed Peas and guitarist Jimmy Page.

The show, a globally televised event that will take place 17 April (10), will mark Earth Day.

Tyler quit Aerosmith last year (09) to embark on a solo career. His former bandmates pledged to continue without him.

It is not known who will front the band for potential 2010 shows. Lenny Kravitz was mentioned as an early frontrunner, but he has made it clear he wouldn't be interested in the gig.
