Adele is overjoyed at becoming a Mother.

The 'Someone Like You' hitmaker gave Birth to a son earlier this month and she and partner Simon Konecki are thrilled.

A source said: ''Simon and Adele are so happy. They say he's a beautiful Baby boy and they love having him.

''Adele would have been happy no matter what but she wanted a boy.''

Despite her successful career, Adele is planning to focus on motherhood for now because she wants to enjoy every moment.

The insider added: ''She wants to do motherhood right. She doesn't want to miss out on a thing. It's a significant time in her life, she couldn't be happier.''

The happy couple have also put their wedding plans on hold in order to spend time with their son.

The source added to US Weekly: ''It's not a priority. There has been no recent talk about it. The two however are madly in love. All her heartbreak has led her to the right guy.''
