Adele Leads U.k. Music Video Awards
British soul sensation Adele was the toast of the U.K. Music Video Awards on Tuesday night (08Nov11), picking up the Best Pop Video prize for her explosive Rolling In The Deep promo.
Other stars to triumph at the fourth annual ceremony in London's Leicester Square included Jay Z and Kanye West, who were honoured with the Best International Urban Video for their Spike Jonze-directed Otis and Depeche Mode won the Best Alternative Video prize for the film accompanying their Personal Jesus remix.
Tinie Tempah was honoured with the title of Best Live Music Coverage for his Ibiza Rocks performance, while British boy band JLS picked up the People's Choice honour for their Eyes Wide Shut video, also featuring Tempah.
Jonas Akerlund, who has worked on music videos for Lady Gaga and Madonna, was handed the night's Icon award.
