Adam Ant Standing And Delivering At Struggling 100 Club
The Stand & Deliver hitmaker kicked off a two-night stand at the struggling 100 Club, which is threatened with closure over spiralling rent costs.
The concerts mark Adam Ant's official return to the live stage after a 15-year hiatus.
Ant, real name Stuart Goddard, has hit the headlines in recent years for his bizarre behaviour - the rocker has battled mental illness and has twice been sectioned under Britain's Mental Health Act.
But he insists he's healthy and ready to rock: "You can throw a missile at me but you ain't gonna stop it."
The one-time 'dandy highwayman' took to the 100 Club stage dressed as a period sailor.
