Actress Miller Welcomes Second Daughter

Actress Penelope Ann Miller has given birth to a baby girl.

The Carlito's Way star, 49, and her husband James Huggins welcomed little Maria Adela Huggins on 23 March (09) in Los Angeles, California.

And the couple is delighted with the new addition to the family - a younger sibling for their eight year old daughter Eloisa May.

Miller's manager tells People.com, "Penelope and James are thrilled to have another girl and a little sister for Eloisa."
