British actor Chris Bisson has become a first-time father.

The East is East star took to Twitter.com on Wednesday (09Jan13) to reveal his partner, Rowena Finn, had given birth to a son named Harry.

He writes, "It's a boy! Row and I are delighted to announce the birth of our little bundle of joy. Harry weighted (sic) in at 6lb 7oz and mum is doing great."
