90210 Season 5 Is The Last Season, Network Confirms

90120 season 5 will be the show’s last, The CW have confirmed. And, as The Hollywood Reporter reported, Michael Jackson's eldest son, Prince Michael, will be appearing in the finale.

“The CW has had five great seasons with America’s favorite zip code, 90210,” said CW president Mark Pedowitz. “I’d like to thank the talented cast, producers and crew for all their hard work and dedication to the series. We are very proud of the West Beverly High alumni.” Jessica - who plays character Silver - took to Twitter, posting: "Oh Silver, our time has come to an end but you are a part of me forever." She also wrote: "Thanks to the fans who have been along for the ride, all my love. x" Jessica Lowndes added: "I feel very blessed that I had the opportunity to play Adrianna these past 5 seasons. Thank you for your endless support. I love you guys xo." And she also wrote: "To my amazing cast, I have LOVED working with each and every one of you. I'm excited to see what you all do next! I expect great things. xo."

The modern update to Beverly Hills, 90210 has seen its viewing figures diminish over the years. A 0.2 rating among adults 18-49 and 550,000 viewers for the Feb. 18 episode represented an all-time low. It looks like Shenae Grimes, Tristan Wilds, AnnaLynne McCord, Jessica Stroup, Michael Steger, Jessica Lowndes and Matt Lanter will all have to find new jobs.
