50 Cent - 50 Cent Developing Tv Drama

Rapper 50 Cent is developing a new Tv drama about a nightclub owner.

The In Da Club hitmaker will serve as an executive producer on Power, an hour-long show in the pipeline at U.S. network Starz.

The Good Wife co-producer Courtney Kemp Agboh has been hired to write the script, and 50 Cent is confident she is the right woman for the job.

In posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "I have a television show that got picked up... Courtney Kemp is the bomb. She is a Emmy nominated (sic) writer for Cbs drama The Good Wife... she is writing the show.

"Courtney Kemp is not human, she works like me, unbelievably hard. I'm gonna have a big show on the Starz net man."

According to industry website Variety.com, the series will follow a Gotham nightclub owner who treads a fine line between running a legitimate business and dealing with criminal activity.
