ZSA ZSA: 'I'M NOT DEAD YET'
Hollywood icon ZSA ZSA GABOR wants to live out her days as a Beverly Hills recluse - but she's not ready to die just yet, according to her husband.
Frederic Prinz von Anhalt has taken to TV in America in a bid to dismiss reports his 92-year-old wife is close to death.
And he insists she simply doesn't want to be seen out and about.
He tells news show Entertainment Tonight, "My wife is not dying - it is ridiculous. She gets all the tabloids and she sees the things and she just smiles."
Gabor was left wheelchair bound after a car accident and a stroke, but she's happy to enjoy life confined in her Bel Air mansion.
Anhalt adds, "She doesn't want to get out. I try everything. I show her pictures of Liz Taylor, a very good friend of hers, and I say, 'Look, Liz is going out in a wheelchair.' I say, 'Why don't you go?'
"(She says), 'Well, Liz is a big star, I'm not a big star. I don't want people to see me.'"
