ZETA-JONES TO HONOUR RIVERA WITH HER OWN AWARD

Welsh actress CATHERINE ZETA-JONES is to present her heroine CHITA RIVERA with a dance award named after her. The Chicago star will hand over the 2008 Catherine Zeta-Jones Award for a Legend in Dance at The National Dance Foundation of Bermuda (NDFB) annual gala on 1 March (08). Zeta-Jones is a member of the NDFB board and Bermuda resident. This will be the latest in a long line of honours for actress/singer/dancer Rivera, who also owns two Tony Awards and a string of Broadway accolades. Rivera has also received the coveted Kennedy Center Honor in Washington, D.C.
