Kind-hearted actress CATHERINE ZETA-JONES made a surprise trip to her native homeland Wales - to celebrate her grandmother's 91st birthday. The Mask Of Zorro star flew on a private jet from her luxurious house in Bermuda to Zeta-Jones' modest home in Ravenhill, Swansea. The Oscar-winning actress took her stage name - Zeta - from her grandmother, who was named after a boat her great-grandfather once sailed in. Zeta-Jones spent an hour with her grandmother - nipping out to a local florist to buy her a special birthday bouquet before making her way back to her parents' home in nearby Mumbles.
