ZELLWEGER'S TRAINER RELEASES WORK-OUT DVD

The Hollywood fitness trainer behind RENEE ZELLWEGER's ripped body is releasing her own work-out DVD. TRACY EFFINGER, who also trains US actresses SELA WARD and AMY BRENNEMAN, has designed a new routine, called SQUEEZE, which creates lean, tight muscles without bulk, and increases cardiovascular endurance, posture and flexibility.
