YOUNG VOWS TO CONTINUE ACTING CAREER

British pop star WILL YOUNG has vowed to continue his acting career after receiving rave reviews for his appearance in a NOEL COWARD play.
The singer - who shot to fame after winning reality show Pop Idol in 2002 - landed a role in 2005 movie Mrs Henderson Presents alongside Dame Judi Dench.
He subsequently starred in Coward play The Vortex, appearing on stage for three months last year (07) in Manchester, England.
And Young insists that the positive feedback he received from the critics has spurred him on to pursue more acting roles.
He says, "I love acting and would love to do some more projects. But I think it confused people a bit.
"It's tougher for people to crossover here (in Britain) than it is in America. I was really encouraged after doing the play because I got some really good reviews from theatre critics who are known for being quite harsh."
